My 3 goals

    Hi, my name is Daniel and I'll talk about my goals of 30 days. I have 3 goals. First, make some muscles, second get taller, and third, improve my writing ability.  
    First,make some muscles. I'm not just saying 'I'm going to make some muscle', but I'll do something for it. 
Step 1, Exercise, run. Once I saw this from the book. 'If you weight exercise first and run, you can make muscles. I will do this by lifting heavy materials like big box filled with a lot of things. Step 2, eat a lot of meals. I don't eat much, and I think that's the problem so I'll eat at least 800 calories.
    Second, get taller ( or gain height). for this, I'm going to do...... play soccer and basketball! and drink milk at least 500ml a day so nobody can call me 'Dwarf'.
    Third, improve my writing skills. I always hear'Improve your writing skills!' from my mom and teachers. So now I'll make it happen. Step 1, use normal pencils instead of mechanical pencils. Step 2, try to write good so other people can see, understand it.
    I hope these ways will work, because if it doesn't I will hit my self. Anyway, thank you for reading this typing.
